Dennis is the President and Building Contractor of SCRC, and Trudy is the V.P and Marketing Director.  As an extension of our services to our Investor Clients, SCRC also has an ownership interest in (RI$) Residential Investor Services, LLC - a full Service Real Estate company.  Trudy is the Broker of RI$, and a Certified Property Management Specialist.

Scott was the Construction Superintendent for a fire, wind, and water restoration General Contractor who restored and rebuilt thousands of insurance claim properties.

Hurricanes Charley, Frances, Ivan and Jeanne hit Florida in the summer of 2004. Scott was on the front lines, restoring homes and aparatments to residential comfort, and higher Florida building standards.

After walking through the destroyed remnants of human existence, and seeing the individual home owner sidelined for service by demands from the financially stronger apartment owners and hoteliers, Scott became certified as a Buidling Contractor and started SCRC (CBC #1253501) to meet this desperate need.

Scott is skilled in many trades, and the master of all things wood. His passion for wood working created a love for finely crafted wood structures and accessories, and the finish to his work is always like a master piece.

Trained in design engineering, Scott has the unique ability to infuse structural function and integrity with design and beauty. His wife (Trudy), adds the femine touch that allows female clients to know their wishes are truly understood and met. Trudy is quite able to swing a hammer and lay tile too!

Years working with Habitat for Humanity, World Changers mission, First A.I.D. (Angels in Disguise), allowed Scott to be the team leader in building many homes from the ground up.

Scott was trained by Tri-Steel to build residential and small commercial structures with a steel frame, and as the hiring superintendent with a major General Contractor, developed relationships with quality sub-contractors in all phases of residential construction.
